"Recently I headed up to Manchester to boohoo's HQ to take part in their Student Ambassador training day. Boohoo have set up an amazing and inspiring program for students across different UK universities, in which they will get the chance at creating content for boohoo's platforms."

"I lead a presentation on how I became a full time blogger which included tips on how to set up their own blog, social channels and YouTube, if they didn't already have them. It was great to see that most of the students were already aspiring vloggers and bloggers."

"During the training day the boohoo team and I led mini workshops on how to set up and record a video, how to create the perfect flat lay and what sort of content boohoo would be looking for. All of the students were so keen and I could definitely spot some YouTube stars in the making!"

As the day came to an end, things started to wind down and we were presented with several fridge full's of alcohol. With music blasting through the speakers, it was a great way to end an amazing day.

My experience at Boohoo HQ will not be one I ever forget. The people, the clothes, the studios - it was a fairy tale, a dream come true.

My role as a student ambassador blogger for Boohoo officially began on Monday (12/09/16).
Each month, I receive credit to buy from the site, which I then promote on my social media platforms.

Feeling beyond VIP, we watched as Boohoo's new Autumn/Winter campaign played out in front of us on a large screen. 

The music, the vibes, the clothes - it was all a dream. The exclusive TV ad isn't set to be aired until later this month. Make sure you look out for it! 

The highlight of the day was definitely when Sophie Hannah Richardson presented to us, giving us tips on when to post to Instagram, what apps she uses to edit her photos (check out my new post reviewing some of those apps!), and the set up she uses. 

It really inspired me to want to take my blogging to the next level.

Boohoo very kindly put on a fantastic spread with noodles, iced tea, smoothies AND desserts! As we all ate, we got to chat amongst ourselves and learn about what we all posted on our instagrams, where we studied, and much more. It was great to bond over food with people with similar ambitions.

After lunch, we were split in to two groups of ten and were taken in front of a backdrop and camera. Taking turns, each person stood up in front of the camera and was interviewed. Having done this before at the casting down in London, I dreaded having to do so again. Jen, who attended the London casting laughed and said I should repeat my answers as they had tickled everyone with their stupidity. 

After being interviewed, we were then taken on a tour of the Boohoo studios. The entire experience was incredible, we go to see samples being made, unreleased clothing, models shooting. 

Once we returned we were met with the task of flat laying some items that had been brought down for us to experiment with. 

Having no previous experience with this, I stood back and watched the pros lay out clothing and props to create the perfect flat lay. Once I felt confident enough, I too attempted to create a stylish flat lay.

A DAY AT BOOHOO HQ

On Friday I attended a blogging event at Boohoo HQ to begin my journey as a Boohoo student ambassador. 

Feeling very nervous, I wandered the streets of Manchester, making my way from Piccadilly station towards the legendary HQ. 

Picking up (IG) @thatotheradele, @aqiljaved & @jordan__leee on the way! 

Once we arrived, I could barely contain my excitement. Not only were one of the Boohoo offices here, but also the LADbible also shared the same building. I felt like a VIP superstar! 

Shortly after everyone had arrived, all 20 student bloggers were taken up stairs(Many, MANY stairs). There, we were met with Editor Jen Cox and Hannah Crannage, along with several other Boohoo representatives and the legendary blogger Sophie Hannah Richardson!

It was like a dream come true. 

We sat down at tables adorned with boxes of sweets, and were shown exclusive content from Boohoo, including the new AW16 collection promo video! 

Barely containing my excitement, I whipped out my iPad pro and began scrawling notes as Jen introduced us to the campaign and briefed us on the ambassador program.
